Where do the trainings and workshops take place?
We train mainly in Rzeszów on Rejtana Street, but we also travel to companies throughout Podkarpacie. It all depends on where it will be more convenient for you and your people to work.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. We help both owners of small, few-person crews and managers in large production plants. The rules of good management are the same, regardless of scale.
How long does one coaching session last?
A single session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes. This is the optimal time to discuss a specific problem, find a solution, and establish an action plan for the coming days.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for all our services. The prices given in the offer are net amounts, to which we add tax.
What should I choose: coaching or training for a group?
It depends on your needs. If you have a problem with one employee, coaching will be better. If the whole team is struggling, choose workshops. Call me, and I'll advise you on what will work better for you.
