Where exactly do the meetings take place?
Most often we meet in our office at 20 Rejtana Street in Rzeszów. If you have a larger group of employees, we can also come straight to your company. We operate throughout Podkarpacie, from Dębica to Przemyśl.
How much does it all cost?
All prices are clearly stated in our offer. A 1:1 consultation costs 400 PLN, and a workshop day for your team is 2800 PLN net. We do not add any strange fees for materials or travel within the city.
Do you also help very small companies?
Of course. In small companies, the boss often has the most work because they must know everything. We teach how to wisely divide tasks and build authority, even if your team consists of only two or three people.
Will there be a lot of theory and boring lectures?
We ourselves cannot stand fluff. In our meetings, there are no boring lectures or difficult definitions. We focus on how to talk to a difficult employee and how to keep deadlines. You get concrete advice that you will test at work right away.
When will I see the first real effects?
You will introduce the first changes to your daily plan immediately after the meeting. Improving cooperation in the entire team usually takes several weeks. It all depends on how quickly you start applying our simple rules in practice.
Do you issue invoices for training?
Yes, we issue a full VAT invoice for each of our services. The prices you see in the price list are net amounts. We settle accounts honestly and always on time.
What will be better: coaching or group workshops?
If you want to discuss your personal problems with people management, choose 1:1 coaching. If you see that the problem lies in communication between employees, workshops for the whole group will be better. Call us, and we'll tell you what will work better for you.
Do I need to prepare in any special way?
You don't need to read any books before the meeting. Just think about what in your company annoys you most and what takes up most of your time. With this knowledge, we will organize the rest together.
