Rules of our cooperation

This document is a collection of clear rules under which we work at Rzeszów Business Forge. We are called Rzeszów Business Forge and we conduct practical courses for bosses. Our office is located in Rzeszów at 20 Rejtana Street. If you use our services, it means you accept these simple rules. You won't find difficult words or legal jargon here. We want everything to be clear from the very beginning. We deal with teaching people management and coaching. Our goal is to help leaders from Podkarpacie build strong companies. We respect your time and your work, so we expect the same from you during every meeting.

You can call us or send an email to arrange the details. Once we jointly choose a date for training or coaching, we consider it a binding agreement. If you choose coaching, we meet one-on-one to talk about specifics. If you order training, we work with your entire group. Remember that success depends on your commitment. We provide tools and proven knowledge, but you must implement them in your company afterwards. If you have to cancel a meeting, let us know at least two days in advance. Let's respect each other's calendars. Lateness shortens our work time because other clients may be scheduled after your session.

For each service, we take remuneration in accordance with the price list provided on the website. The prices you see here are net amounts. We add 23% VAT to each amount. After each training or coaching session, we issue a full VAT invoice. We accept payments by bank transfer to the account provided on the document. You usually have 7 days from the date of issue. If you do not pay within the agreed period, we may suspend further cooperation. We have no hidden costs. You pay for the trainer's knowledge and the materials you receive from us. If you need training outside Rzeszów, we will agree on travel costs in advance so there are no surprises.

What we talk about during individual coaching stays only between us. We do not tell other companies about your employee problems or the financial condition of your business. We are professionals and we know that trust is the basis in this industry. We keep your data, such as your name or email address, only to issue an invoice and communicate efficiently. We do not send spam or sell your data to anyone else. The training materials you receive from us are intended only for you and your employees. Please do not copy them or sell them further. This is the fruit of our many years of work in Podkarpacie.

We are people and we know that sometimes something may not go your way. If you are not satisfied with the training conducted, tell us bluntly. It is best to do it immediately during the meeting or right after it ends. We will try to find a solution together that will be fair to you. We can repeat a more difficult part of the material or propose an additional consultation date. We do not like arguments in courts and believe that adults in business can always reach an agreement in a normal conversation.
